Birth Doula in Ellis County

Birth is a transformative event in a woman’s life, and it can feel scary and unknown; that’s where a doula comes in! A doula is here to “hold the mother”, and I would feel honored to hold and support you in this time.

In these appointments, I will help you – and your partner – feel prepared for the big day.

24/7 On Call from 38-42 Weeks

When it comes to babies, they come on their own time, and I will be on call for you when you go into labor.

One Postpartum Visit

After birth, there is such a transition, and I want to come check on you, help you, and feed you.

Childbirth education courses are also available to package with birth doula services, or are available as a stand alone service.

The class, A Transformative Birth, can be taught either virtually or in person and is about four hours worth of material. Written by me, born out of my own experiences, hours of reading and class taking, and collaboration with other doulas and medical professionals, this course covers the third trimester, stages of labor, coping mechanisms, what to expect postpartum, and breastfeeding basics.

If you’re curious about hiring a doula, email me for a free consultation; I would love to talk with you!

About Molly

After the birth of my oldest child in 2017, a passion for birth was sparked in my soul. In the following years while visiting with my friends and sisters about their births, the spark was fanned. In preparation for my subsequent 3 births, I read more and hungrily devoured birth education and learned various coping skills necessary for birth. The first little spark is now a roaring fire, and I pray that God would use me to support and love women in His name as they experience transformative births!
